Brand identity and Shopify landing page for a first-of-its-kind therapeutic play system
MyGender Dolls is a play-based therapeutic system for gender diverse children, made for the therapists, educators, and caregivers who support them. I built the brand and a Shopify landing page that feels warm and playful enough for kids while staying credible to the clinicians who recommend it.
The challenge
MyGender Dolls is a new kind of product that most people, including the clinicians who would use it, had never seen before.

Website & UX Design
The launch page had one job: introduce myGender Dolls clearly enough that a clinician understands it in seconds and a caregiver feels welcome. I designed and built it in Shopify, structuring the page to explain what the product is, show who it is for, preview the dolls, and capture waitlist signups ahead of launch.
Stylescape Design
The brand had to do something hard: feel joyful and child-friendly while earning the trust of clinicians. In order to achieve this goal in a span of a week, I created 3 versions of stylescapes for the client to choose from to establish a visual language direction.
Branding Design
I built a palette of warm, saturated brights, orange, teal, pink, yellow, green, and navy, paired with the clean sans-serif typeface to hold the line between playful and professional. Then I developed a custom set of illustrations of clothing and accessories, sweaters, bows, shoes, and glasses, that echo the way children use the dolls to explore who they are. The wobbly, organic lines keep the brand human and inviting instead of clinical and cold.
A launch-ready brand
The result is a complete brand and a live landing page that let myGender Dolls introduce itself on its own terms: warm enough to welcome families, credible enough for clinicians, and distinct enough to be remembered. The illustration system and color world give the brand room to grow across the full product line and store as it launches.
